My name is

Bryan Robinson. I live locally, and my working life has been in the agricultural sector and running my own companies, so customer service has always been at the top of my priorities. Our Integrated Pest Management approach removes the pest whilst protecting your property or home, children, pets, non targeted species, protected species and the local wildlife. We will relocate bee swarms and colonies using a local beekeeper Evaflo Apiaries. There is no doubt that pest control problems can differ from town to countryside. We are experienced pest controllers clearing and preventing pest problems in domestic homes, gardens, schools, churches, lawns, sports pitches, recreational areas, golf courses, hotels, pubs, farms, commercial and agricultural premises. We have first hand experience working with farm assurance schemes, ensuring that pest standards are always met. This integrated approach enables us to electronically supply both commercial and residential customers with full Health & Safety information, method statements and policy emailed direct to the customer, for businesses we are your environmental business partner dealing with your pest issues allowing your managers to get on with their day job. We’re passionate about the pest control industry; we are locally based, and will always go that extra mile to provide you with the results that you want and a level of service that you require and therefore a service that you would recommend - a main part of what Pestforce is based on. Today, we’re proud to officially announce that Malcolm Dunn has stepped into the role of Technical Director at Pestforce UK.

Over the past five years, Malcolm has built an outstanding business across Northumberland as a franchisee within the Pestforce network, earning a strong reputation locally through hard work and a genuine commitment to customer service.

Throughout his time within the network, Malcolm has consistently demonstrated the standards, attitude, and leadership qualities that make a real difference, not only within his own business, but across the wider Pestforce network as well.

As Technical Director, Malcolm will play a key role in supporting our franchisees, strengthening operational standards, and helping drive the Pestforce brand forward as we continue to grow across the UK.

Whilst Malcolm takes on this new role, Pestforce Northumberland will continue operating as normal with the fantastic local team he has built around him.

Goodbye and thank you Natalie 💙

As many will already know, Natalie Bungay will be leaving Pestforce UK to rejoin the British Pest Control Association as Head of Membership & Technical.

Natalie has supported so many people across the network with her technical knowledge, professionalism and genuine care for others, and has become a hugely valued part of the wider Pestforce family.

We completely support Natalie and the opportunity to rejoin and fulfil a role within an organisation that has played such a significant part in her professional journey.

In Natalie’s own words:
“Leaving Pestforce was not an easy decision. I’ve genuinely loved being part of such a passionate, driven and supportive network, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together. From developing technical standards and training initiatives, to supporting franchisees across the UK, it’s been a privilege to work alongside so many dedicated people who care deeply about professionalism in our industry.”
