Q&A

How can I pay?

We accept bank transfer or cash, it is up to the client how they would prefer to pay. We take payment after the clean has been finished.

What if I'm not happy with your services?

If you are not happy with our services then please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the issue with you.

Which services do you provide?

This all depends on which clean you have asked for, please check our page for more information or please contact us.

Do you provide any extra services?

We do provide extra services for an extra cost, these include:

Inside fridge cleaning
Inside microwave cleaning
Outside window cleaning

Will it cost me extra if I'm outside of Maldon?

We charge an additional £5 petrol charge for areas outside of Maldon.

How many people will be sent to clean my home?

We are a family run business with currently just the 2 of us, we both work together for the house cleans to provide a faster service for you.

Am I able to have a certain day of my choice?

We will always ask you which day you would prefer and will always try our best to fit you in the day you require, please note this may not always be possible due to other clients but we will always work with you to resolve this.

Do you supply the cleaning products?

We supply our own cleaning products to make it easier for you, if you would like us to use your cleaning products please let us know at the start of the appointment.

What if I've changed my mind about my appointment?

If you have changed your mind about your appointment and would like to cancel or reschedule then please contact us as soon as possible this is so we can fit you in as soon as possible or fit somebody else in.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We don't currently at this moment in time, but this is something that we may develop for the future, please keep an eye out.

Living/dining room:

Dusting and polishing of windowsills and units
Mirrors cleaned
Inside windows cleaned
Hoovering with our own carpet cleaner
Mopping if required
Skirting boards wiped
Sofas cleaned
Bins emptied

Bedroom:

Bed frames dusted
Units and windowsills dusted and polished
Mirrors cleaned
Inside windows cleaned
Carpets hoovered with our own carpet freshner
Mopping (if required)
Skirting boards Wiped
Bed linen changed (if required) (new linen must be left out for us to change)
Bins emptied

Kitchen:

Sinks cleaned
Tiles cleaned
Surfaces cleaned
Mirrors cleaned
Skirting boards cleaned
Hob cleaned
Outside of fridge cleaned
Floor mopped
Bins emptied

Bathroom:

Sinks and basins cleaned
Mirrors cleaned
Tiles cleaned
Toilet disinfected and cleaned
Bath wiped and cleaned
Showers cleaned including any glass
Inside of windows cleaned
Skirting boards cleaned
Mopping of floors
Bin emptied
