Cleaning Operations Manager.
We’re a growing cleaning company and we’re looking for the right person to help us keep things running smoothly.
This is a full-time, permanent role that needs someone who is equally at home out on site as they are sitting behind a desk sorting the admin.
You’ll be looking after our client contracts, leading a team of cleaning operatives, keeping on top of scheduling and compliance, and making sure every site we cover is up to our standards. It’s a varied role and no two days will be the same.
What the job involves:
Managing cleaning operations across our client sites
Leading, supporting and scheduling the team
Carrying out site visits and quality checks
Being the point of contact for clients and keeping those relationships strong
Handling rotas, timesheets, compliance records and general admin
Making sure we’re always working safely and within COSHH guidelines
What we’re looking for:
Someone who has done this before, ideally in a supervisory or management role within cleaning
Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting
Good communicator who can deal with clients and staff confidently
Full UK driving licence
Someone who gets stuck in and takes ownership
