🚨 RETURN TO WORK UPDATE 🚨

After weeks of recovery following my knee surgery, I’m happy to say I’m officially starting my return to work! 🙌

Recovery has definitely been a challenge — rebuilding strength, mobility and muscle through physio while pushing my leg further every week. It’s been a long process, but I’m making solid progress and can’t wait to get back doing what I love full-time again.

For now, I’ll be easing back in with selected bookings and maintenance clients while continuing rehab alongside work. I may still need a little extra time on certain jobs, but I’m grateful for everyone’s patience, support and messages throughout recovery 💚

Bookings are now open again on a limited basis, so if you’d like to get booked in, send me a message and we’ll get your vehicle looking its best again ✨

Recovery Update 💪

Just a little update for all my clients following my MPFL reconstruction…

I’ve now had my first physio appointment and it’s safe to say I’ve lost a lot of muscle already. Because of that, I’ve been put on a pretty aggressive rehab programme to help get me back to work — and back to football — as quickly as possible.

It’s definitely not easy. I’m pushing my leg to its absolute limits every day, which comes with its challenges, but I’m fully focused on getting back doing what I love.

In the meantime, I’ll be slowly returning by taking on my maintenance clients solo, with a bit of help where needed. I’ll keep everyone updated as I progress and let you know when I’m ready to go fully solo again and open up to new clients.

Knee Surgery Update 🦵

Just a little update for everyone who’s been asking how I’m getting on after surgery.

The operation took around 3 hours in total, but thankfully everything went well. I’m now in recovery mode and following the instructions from the surgeons.

For the next 2 weeks my leg has to stay locked completely straight in a brace, so movement is very limited at the moment. I’m currently on crutches, and once I’m able to get off those I’ll be allowed to drive again.

As part of the recovery I also have to have blood thinner injections every night to help prevent clots while my leg isn’t moving much.

It’s going to be a bit of a slow recovery, but I’m staying positive and taking it one day at a time. I really appreciate all the messages and support — it means a lot! 🙏

I’ll keep everyone updated as I progress.
