SG Swim School

SG Swim School Children are welcome from four years. All levels of ability are welcome including pre competitive sw The pre competition group may be slightly bigger.

Swimming lessons for children from four years of age, from non swimmers to pre competition. We swim in a 25 metre, five lane pool which is 0.8 metres at the shallow end and 1.8 metres at the deep end. The pool is divided with the use of both anti wash lane ropes allowing the advanced swimmers to train over the full length of the pool and ropes keeping the non swimmers in the shallow water. Non swi

mmer classes have a maximum of 6 per class with the teacher in the water and a lifeguard on the side, and eight in all the other ability groups. Fees are payable a term in advance and break down to £6 per lesson.

Non swimmer places are available in the new term as Rebecca has done a terrific job of getting nearly everyone swimming this term.

Please remember to bring some cash tomorrow for the charity swim. Proceeds going to the Rotary Club and requested to be donated to local children who have missed schooling and exams through poor health.

If your child misses their A level exams and education this is the only help they will get.

BADGE DAY

We will be holding our annual distance badge day on May 25th. This is the only day that pupils will be able to take distance badges of 400 metres and above. Smaller distances will be tested during the term.
