Hi everyone, just a quick message regarding the current heatwave.
If temperatures reach 28 degrees or above, we may need to reconsider appointments and potentially reschedule where possible. Unfortunately, in those temperatures it can become too hot to clean safely and effectively, and we always want to make sure we can provide the best standard of work for our customers.
When we do attend during warmer weather, we always try to keep homes as cool as possible by keeping blinds/curtains closed where we can, ensuring radiators and heated towel rails are switched off, and limiting excess heat in the property. We also make sure to stay hydrated throughout the day, and we really appreciate water being offered where possible.
We will always keep everyone updated as early as we can if any changes need to be made, and we really appreciate your understanding and patience during the hotter weather.
