The Vinyl Frontier takes place at norden Farm Centre for the Arts in Maidenhead, Berkshire. It features a classic album, selected by a previous audience, and is played in full on vinyl with added trivia, facts, slides and video footage. The hi-fi is supplied by me, assisted by Norden Farm technicians to make it sound sweet. Occasionally guest contributors appear to add to the evening and one day a

Vinyl Frontier followers might like to know that in November there’s not 1 but 2 Vinyl Frontiers!

On November 21st to celebrate Windsor Library’s 30th birthday is a special one-off: The Hits of 1995.

Featuring, among others, Blur, Oasis, The Outhere Brothers, Rednex and Robson & Jerome. Literally something for everyone!

Tickets are only £7.50 and available on Eventbrite.

Then, on the following evening is this month’s ‘full’ Vinyl Frontier, Best Years of Our Lives, featuring 5 champions battling it out to prove that that their chosen year is THE BEST.

Three rounds: Album Track from a big album, a Big Single and The Novelty Song.
