We are in the process of talks with our insurance company, understandably this is a difficult time for us all including yourselves. Your items were left in our care and the last thing we want is for you all to think we are not thinking of your valued items. Once we get direction from our insurance company we will be in better position to understand what is required. I would kindly request for you to keep a copy of your tickets and find proof of purchase to establish what we can do.
I'm sorry if this unfortunate accident has effected you. We haven't had any direction yet but as soon we do we will update all our customers accordingly.
