Langley Window Cleaning undertook a gutter clean on a rental property for the landlord. The gutters were full of moss and the downpipes completely blocked. We were lucky and managed to have some dry weather to use our gutter vac system to clear these out. Langley Window Cleaning were asked to visit a large property in Prestbury to see if we could clear some blocked gutters, it turned out to be a bit more than the call suggested. When we arrived and looked around the property we noticed that most of the roof valleys were full of leaves and we found large clumps of grass growing from the gutters at the side of the property.

But it was at the rear of the property that the main issue was, the gutters were completely blocked and had some rather luxurious growth in them, not quite the Hanging Gardens, but certainly running them close.

Langley Window Cleaning removed about 190 litres of grass, mud, roots, twigs and mushrooms from the gutters and valleys, leaving them all clear to do their job of removing rain.

One happy customer, though I hope he doesn't leave it so long next time!
