ALY Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking and exceptionally thorough cleaner to join our team.
I'm looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, has an excellent eye for detail and understands that cleaning properly means NEVER cutting corners!
✅ Extremely high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
✅ Must be a driver with their own vehicle 🚗
✅ Happy to work independently in private homes

🧹 A LITTLE REMINDER FROM ALY CLEANING SERVICES 🧹
Running a cleaning business isn't simply about turning up, cleaning a house and going home.
There are routes, traffic, previous cleans, staff, timings, travel and multiple clients to organise every single day.
We always do our very best to arrive within the agreed time frame, but occasionally being 10–15 minutes later than expected is unavoidable.
And when we spend so much time trying to accommodate one particular time slot, it can unfortunately mean another client gets pushed back or, in some cases, misses out altogether.
The same applies to last-minute cancellations.
Our rotas are planned carefully, and when a clean is cancelled at 7pm the night before, it doesn't just mean changing one name on a piece of paper. It affects staff, hours, travel and the rest of our clients.
We completely understand that life happens — holidays, illness and unexpected things can't always be helped. ❤️
But a little notice, patience and understanding goes a very long way.
We genuinely appreciate our amazing clients who understand that we're a small business doing our absolute best to keep everyone happy.

🚨 LET ME MAKE SOMETHING VERY CLEAR… 🚨
WE DON'T CUT CORNERS AT ALY CLEANING SERVICES.
And I mean that.
When I walk into a property after one of my teams has cleaned it, I shouldn't have to wonder what I've missed.
I shouldn't be finding dust underneath units when there's a perfectly accessible gap.
I shouldn't be finding grime and mould around the base of taps.
I shouldn't be finding plug holes that haven't been properly checked.
I shouldn't be finding the things that I've repeatedly asked to be checked.
Because here's the thing…
The little things ARE the big things.
Anyone can walk into a house with a hoover and a cloth and make it look presentable.
That's not what ALY is about.
I built this business from the ground up, and my name is attached to every single clean we do.
My clients don't pay us to do "good enough".
They pay us because they expect their homes to be properly cleaned.
They trust us.
And I take that trust seriously.
I've spent years building an amazing client base, and I'm incredibly proud of the relationships we've built with our customers.
So yes…
I'm meticulous.
Yes, I notice things other people might walk straight past.
And yes, I will continue to.
Because I would rather be known as the owner who cares too much than the owner who stopped caring about the details.
I've put our standards in writing.
I've given them to my team.
I've explained them.
I've pointed things out.
So there really is no mystery about what is expected.
If it can be cleaned, clean it.
If it can be seen, check it.
If it's dirty, don't walk past it.
And please don't mistake my standards for me being difficult.
This is my business.
This is my reputation.
This is my name.
And this is something I've worked bloody hard to build.
I don't cut corners.
And I never will. ❤️🧹

Is it really that hard to find someone who takes pride in their work? 🧹✨
Running a cleaning business, one of the hardest things isn’t finding people who want to work… it’s finding someone who is thorough, reliable, has great attention to detail and genuinely cares about doing the job properly.
When we clean a home, we don’t just want to say “it’s done.” We want to know it’s been done properly.
The little things matter. The corners, the skirting boards, the edges, the things that might not be noticed straight away but make all the difference to the overall finish.
And reliability is just as important. Our clients rely on us to turn up, on time, every time — so we need our team to be just as dependable.
We’re busy. We have amazing clients, lots of work and some absolutely beautiful homes to look after. ❤️
But finding the right people who have that same work ethic, pride and eye for detail can be incredibly difficult.
We don’t expect perfection — but we do expect someone who cares about the standard of work they leave behind.
Because when your name is on the business, your reputation goes with every single clean. 🧽✨
