Good Morning Everyone, Just a little update for you all. We are now FULLY BOOKED till August. At present we are not taking on any new customers. I can not change appointment dates if you cant make it or fit in another car in the same slot. Can I please remind you, if you are booked in please note your appointment date down. Any no shows or cancellations without 24hrs notice will be charged on their next clean if booked in again. I hope you all understand.

Good Morning Everyone

Happy May 😊

Sorry we have been quiet on here but things have been crazy busy. We are now fully booked up until July which we only have 8 slots left.
We have now created a cancellation list as we hate letting people down. This list doesn’t mean you will definitely get a slot as we don’t often get cancellations.

Please if you do need to cancel your slot for any reason 24 hours minimum notice is required.

Good morning everyone,

We hope everyone is well. Just a quick diary update. We are now fully booked for March and April. Only a couple of dates left for the end of May now so get in quick 😊

We have also had to do something we really didn’t want to do and that is cancel a customers clean after not paying for their previous one months ago. We totally understand that finances may be tight sometimes. We don’t have the time to chase for payment sadly.

I know we are a bit late but Happy New year to all our customers 🎉

We are booking up fast already….. fully booked for the rest of this month and Feb. We are now booking for the end of March. So please don’t leave it if you want to book in. Carrie will be happy to deal with your bookings.

Going forward we would appreciate it if you are invoiced you stick to the 7days payment period. With being so busy neither of us have the time to chase payments and really shouldn’t have to. We don’t want to start refusing bookings due to not paying or we will have to ask for payments up front. 24 hours notice for cancellation needs to be given or you will still be billed for the missed clean.
