Sadly one of my regular clients has Covid so I have her Wednesday slot of 2-4pm free this week only.

Sadly I have to remind everyone to notify me of any changes atleast 24 hours in advance. Cancelling on the day is just not practical as I can't slot last minute work in. This is my full time job and my bread and butter.
So from now on if I'm not notified within 24 hours of cancelling I will have to charge a 50% fee unless its an emergency. I hate to do this but sadly I'm left with no choice.
