Rise & Shine window cleaning is hiring.

Due to retirement

We are looking for a window cleaner to join our team (experience preferred but training can be provided)

Ideally able to use a water fed pole and traditional window cleaning
Some ladder work involved.

Applicaticants must be able to work under own initiative or as part of a team working to a high standard

Must be over 30 for insurance purposes.
More mature person preferred.

Full driving license is essential & must be confident driving a transit sized van.

32 hours per week Monday-Thursday

Wage dependant on experience

Rise & Shine Window Cleaning ar hiring.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable individual to join our team.

Experience is not essential as full training will be given.

Rate of pay is to be agreed on relevant experience. Once fully trained and initiative is shown, there may be room for growth within the company.

Duties can include
Window cleaning using a reach and wash system & traditional cleaning.
Driving a company van
Gutter clearing & cleaning
Minimal ladder work.

We are looking for someone who is:
Responsible
Reliable
Trustworthy
Can work on their own initiative
Hard working
Good attention to detail
Works well in a team and as an individual
Customer Focused

Working hours will be Mon- thur 8am-4pm but can be flexible

Full Driving Licence (required)
Must be over 25 for insurance.

PADDY'S LAST WILL -
Paddy was on his deathbed and knew the end was near.
His nurse, his wife, his daughter and 2 sons are with him at his home in Belfast.
He asks for 2 independent witnesses to be present and a camcorder be in place to record his last wishes.
When all is ready he begins to speak:

"My son Seamus, I want you to take the houses in Cultra."

"My daughter Geraldine, you take the apartments over in Malone Road."

"My son Patrick Junior, I want you to take the offices in the City centre."

"Bridget, my dear wife, please take all the residential properties on the Upper Lisburn Road ."

The nurse and witnesses are blown away. They did not realize the extent of Paddy's wealth. As he slips away, the nurse says to his wife, " Mrs O'Shaughnessy, my deepest condolences. Your husband must have been such a hard-working and wonderful man to have accumulated all this property"..

"Property?”, his wife replies. “The fu**er had a window cleaning round." 😎
