Rear engined V6 turbo analogue action in the first part of cleaning up this stunning Alpine GTA Lemans.

After arrival and a good wash areas of improvement were outlined to the owner and work got underway.

Inside and out there was plenty to do; polishing, protecting, trimming…

The dashboard is back in, just one or two things to reconnect.

Like the rest of the interior it had been re-coloured in the past and extra work went into preparing the hide for its fresh colour and sealant. Now it’s looking the part again.

More updates to follow with other restored trims and the polished up instrument cluster.

Another day and another Alpina!

Many hours have been worked into Roadster S 260 and the result is a well regarded show winning car, this time round it was decided to take the strain off of the original steering wheel to preserve the car’s originality.

Replacement wheel was trimmed to spec, looking forward to seeing it installed alongside the refinished seats.

A tale of two Alpina Roadster S Z4’s; in the first instalment 160 (ex Duran Duran owner) needed some restoration of its steering wheel.

Alpina wheels are a work of art and replicating the finish including the hidden stitching within the customers spec was very rewarding.
