*** LIVING WITH COVID-19 UPDATE ***
Today, Friday 1st April, the government updated their guidance on the management of COVID-19 with the intention of enabling the country to begin to manage the virus like other respiratory infections.
From 1 April, updated guidance will advise people with symptoms of a respiratory infection, including COVID-19, and a high temperature or who feel unwell, to try to stay at home and avoid contact with other people until they feel well enough to resume normal activities and they no longer have a high temperature.
From 1 April, anyone with a positive COVID-19 test result will be advised to try to stay at home and avoid contact with other people for 5 days, which is when they are most infectious.
Free testing for the general public ends on 1 April.
*What does this mean for Charnie's Angels staff and customers?*

If they test and the test comes back positive, all cleans with be cancelled for a minimum of 5 days, longer if they still feel unwell. We will always endeavour to provide cover.
If our staff have had symptoms of COVID-19 (a temperature, a persisent cough or loss of taste/smell) or test positive for COVID-19, we will ask customers if they feel comfortable with cleaners returning after 5 days if symptoms are no longer present. You may want to request a mask is worn.
We will also be asking our customers to follow the same guidelines, so please cancel cleans if you have a temperature and feel unwell and if you have tested positive to cancel cleans for a minimum of 5 days.
