To All Our Customers
After advice from Public Health England and in line with the Governments advice on Step One of the Plan to Rebuild, and in line with social distancing measures, we have made the decision that we will resume Oven Cleaning work from June 1st 2020. This is to ensure we do our part in the fight to stop the spread of Covid-19
However, as a company, and to ensure the safety of our staff, we will have to abide by the following rules:
A) Customers must ensure that the area we are working within (ie kitchen) is free from ALL personnel. There must be NO persons other than the staff of Olympic Oven Cleaning in those areas at all times. This includes anyone making refreshments, sandwiches etc. If this cannot be guaranteed, the work will not be undertaken.
B) All payments MUST be made by Internet or cash. Payments by internet are to be made on the morning of the work to be completed. If the amount is unspecified, Olympic will confirm the price on arrival and payment must be made at that time. If payment by cash, this must be made in an envelope and left in a prominent place.
C) We are currently unable to complete any work for people who are self-isolating or within a vulnerable group , in line with the advice from the gov.uk website. This is to protect all our customers health.
D) We will respectfully ask at the time of booking for the customer to confirm that in the best of their knowledge, their household has been well and free from any underlining symptoms of Covid-19
This steps have been taken to ensure the safety of all people and to minimise the risk of exposure to you and your family and our operatives.
Please stay safe
