Use of our exclusive Keyholding service including one call out per month (comparable services start from £250 set-up plus £40 ongoing charge per month). Our Keyholding service includes our empty house sitting service whereby we will open and shut curtains, clear mail from the letterbox and accept deliveries while you are away from home for extended periods. Access to our “special day reminder” service. You can upload your reminders via our web interface to help you manage family occasions, friends’ special days and important anniversaries. Our team of concierge managers are waiting for your call and for a nominal administration fee for each request, this is the affordable choice for people who require at least 4 concierge services per month. Benefits of this membership are as follows:
Access to our full range of concierge services and our team of concierge managers who will coordinate your requests and ensure that you get the best value for money. Access to an easy-to-manage online booking account. No binding contract or ongoing monthly membership fee. Provided you pre-pay with at least £24 per month, you can request 4 services (15 minutes each) at no additional charge. A reduced administration fee of just £6 for each additional service request applies (charged in 15 minute intervals).
