🇬🇧 IVS CLEANING LTD IS RECRUITING EXPERIENCED CLEANERS AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING TEAMS IN LONDON
IVS Cleaning LTD is expanding and is looking for experienced, reliable and responsible female cleaners, as well as established professional cleaning teams, available to work across different areas of London.
We are recruiting candidates with proven experience in one or more of the following services:
✅ Domestic cleaning
✅ Office and commercial cleaning
✅ Deep Cleaning
✅ After Builders Cleaning
✅ Biohazard and specialist cleaning
✅ End of Tenancy Cleaning
✅ Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
✅ Oven and BBQ Cleaning
💷 Hourly pay rates:
From:
• £14.50 per hour for domestic and office cleaning
• £16.50 per hour for Deep Cleaning
• £17.50 per hour for After Builders Cleaning
• £18.50 per hour for Biohazard Cleaning
⚠️ The advertised rates for Deep Cleaning, After Builders Cleaning, Biohazard Cleaning and other specialist services include the provision and use of all necessary professional cleaning products, consumables and equipment by the cleaner or cleaning team.
Percentage-based payment for specialist services
For the following services, payment is calculated as a percentage of the total customer booking value:
• Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
• Oven and BBQ Cleaning
• End of Tenancy Cleaning
The payment split is:
✅ 70% paid to the cleaner or cleaning team
✅ 30% retained by IVS Cleaning LTD
The team receives 70% of the value of each completed and paid booking. IVS Cleaning LTD retains 30% for providing the customer, administration, communication, booking coordination and management of the service.
For these services, contractors and teams must provide their own professional cleaning products, consumables and suitable equipment.
We are particularly looking for:
🔹 End of Tenancy Cleaning teams with their own transport, vacuum cleaner, mops, ladder, professional products, consumables and all equipment required to complete the service.
🔹 Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning specialists and teams with their own professional extraction machine, suitable cleaning products and equipment for cleaning carpets, rugs, mattresses and upholstered furniture.
🔹 Oven and BBQ Cleaning specialists with their own professional products, tools and equipment required to complete the service safely and to a high standard.
Requirements:
• Previous professional cleaning experience
• High cleaning standards and strong attention to detail
• Reliability, punctuality and a responsible attitude
• Ability to travel across different areas of London
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Good communication and professional customer service
• Own products and equipment for specialist services
• Own transport is a strong advantage
