Afternoon housekeeper/nanny North London - Must drive!

An informal family is looking for a part - time afternoon Housekeeper, approx 25 hours a week.

Location: Loughton, IG10 3AG
Hourly Rate: negotiable

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 12:30-7:30
Friday: 12:30-6:30pm

Self-employed. Paid weekly to the bank account.

Salary is around £ 18-19/hr

Duties:

Housekeeping, cleaning, ironing, laundry
2-3 school pickups a week (children aged 5 & 7)
1-2 days after-school childcare
Cooking, food shopping, returns/mail
opening deliveries.

Packing suitcases.

Garden tidying

Requirements:

Driver’s license & local to Loughton
Self-motivated and proactive
Positive, happy attitude
Additional Info:

Additional hours can be added during the week for deep cleaning. Occasional babysitting and/or weekend work.

Immediate start.

DBS and right to work in the UK needed.

An informal family of 4 are looking for a full time, live - out Housekeeper.

Job type : Live out, Full time Housekeeper /Cook

Location : North Finchley

Working hours & days : Mon to Friday from 11 am to 8/9pm ( uber paid if late finish )
Saturday 9am to 8pm

Sundays off

Duties:All Housekeeping duties including cleaning all areas and surfaces & organising up to very high standards, hovering, mopping and dusting on a daily basis, changing beds weekly , washing & ironing & wardrobe management, cooking&weekly meal plan, making a shopping list, ensuring that the children's uniforms are ready and labelled in their wardrobes, flower arrangements - Care: such as cutting the ends and changing the water daily, pet care - feeding, changing litters...

Driving license (not needed but a plus)

Asap start.

Salary: DOE
Contract type : Self employed basis

The Client is open to hire 2 Housekeeper/Cook
1,Monday to Friday

and a separate

2,Saturday and Sunday

Part time Live-out, Permanent Housekeeper required in Islington for a 2 bedroom apartment .

*Location : London, Islington
*Working days/hours : Ideally Monday & Wednesday and Friday approx. 3 hours each time.
* Contract type : Self employed basis
* Salary around £16-18 /hr ( negotiable ) paid in cash.
*Start date: ASAP

Duties are not limited to : dusting, hovering, cleaning and sanitising all surfaces. Cleaning bathrooms. Emptying bins. Cleaning kitchen and all appliances such as microwave, kettle, over, dishwasher etc.
Making up beds each time and changing linen once a week.
Changing towels and kitchen towels.
Organising cupboards and wardrobe management.
Washing and ironing laundry.
Occasionally cooking.
Note: There’s a little dog in the household.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-4 years experience working in private households. Has a clear DBS and a British passport or right to work in the UK. At least 2 written references needed

The property :
2 floors with lift
Upper floor : Hallway, Kitchen, Dining and sitting room. A small garden and an additional separate office.
Downstairs :3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a gym, cinema and playroom.

The role :

- Permanent, Live out
- Location – East Dulwich
- Full time Mon to Fri flexibility to work a half day on the weekend would be a bonus.
- Driving licence – not required
- Cooking & food prep – comfortable with simple meal prep but not essential.
- Salary DOE
- Yearly discretionary bonus!
- Start date - ASAP
- Other household staff – there is a full – time nanny employed.

- Duties : All Housekeeping duties such as cleaning daily, laundry management - washing and ironing.
Wardrobe management.
Changing beds weekly.
Shopping (local fish and butcher, organic shop)
& running errands (Pharmacy, Dry-cleaner, Post office) . Stock control such as household items and groceries.
Dealing directly with contractors, gardeners.
Report any maintenance issues to the family.
Watering indoor plants.
Jet washing small courtyard

The ideal Candidate has at least a 4-5 years of experience working in a formal households. Has high attention to details and knowledge of how to clean different surfaces and materials. Right to work in the UK and up to date DBS are required.
