Blocked Downpipe Cleared Successfully

A customer contacted us after water was overflowing from their downpipe during rainfall.

Upon inspection, we found the downpipe and hopper head heavily blocked with leaves and debris. We completely cleared the blockage, cleaned the system, and checked the roof area above to remove any debris that could cause future blockages.

To make sure the system was working correctly, we carried out a full water flow test and checked the outlet to confirm that water was flowing freely through the downpipe and drainage system.

The work was completed successfully, and before-and-after photos were provided to the customer.

Roof Joint Repair Completed in SE10, South East London 🔧🏠

This was the third time this returning customer contacted Gutters Gurus Ltd for roofing and exterior maintenance work.

We previously carried out chimney repairs and gutter repairs at this property, and this time they contacted us regarding damaged cement work between their pitched roof and the neighbouring wall.
