📣 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

We get a lot of questions about why we charge a premium rate while other companies charge less.

Firstly, we provide a premium service. From the products that we use (we don't skimp on cheap products & we provide them!) to the actual clean itself. We don't believe in a basic clean & we always go above and beyond. Every client has been shocked and wowed by our results - youve seen the reviews and the photos! It's no secret that a premium service, requires a premium fee.

What you pay for is generally what you get and when you're paying companies a low amount, not only do you generally get a worse clean but it impacts the cleaners, too. A lot of companies take off the top and pay their staff minimum or less than minimum wage.

This perpetuates a cycle of, lowered moral, low pay, bad cleaning, which leads to clients wanting to pay less and having less respect for cleaners... but moreover, staff having to work so much that they have no time/energy to do other things AND STILL are only just surviving with the cost of living. Plus, they lose pride in their work & don't perform as well.

I don't want to be a part of that. I started my company to break this cycle. We need to break the cycle of paying for things or going to suspiciously cheap companies and not being concerned about the workers behind it getting such a small amount for all the hard work they do.

Cleaning isn't easy. It's hard on our body. We are around harsh chemicals at times. We work extremely hard.

I think it's easy for people to sometimes forget that this is our job and livelihood. The same way you pay for a gas service, carpenter or painter, we have our skills and prices.

If you want to support an ethical business that pays its staff a decent wage and a business that will give you exceptional results, then my company is just that.

I, myself will always pay a little more when I know a company is doing its part for either the environment, their staff or the clients and if I can't afford it, I don't opt for it at all.

Because sometimes it's better to be without, than to affect someone else's life just to get something cheap.

I'm proud to be a company that pays what I do and provides the service that people rave about.

Arguably the most difficult deep clean to date - this is what limescale looks like after years of build up. The client was going to buy a new enclosure but it would have been super expensive to replace and fit. I told them that I specialise in limescale removal and they decided to go for it.

A lovely little apartment that we recently cleaned, including linen change & de-limescaling of all metal and glass.

I always forget to take before & after photos but managed to snap some before leaving, this time!
