A trade magazine just gave ENOUGH AS YOU ARE™ an 8-month residency.

Teach Secondary, read by secondary school leaders and teachers across the UK is running ENOUGH AS YOU ARE™ as a serialised feature. One card, one issue, every month, through to next spring.

That's not a nice press clip. That's a publication telling its readers: bring this into your classroom!

Issue one landed this month, alongside a note about the brand from the editor.

The next conversation is about our PSHE lesson plans, five ready-to-teach sessions built around the deck, covering everything from exam stress to social media pressure.

Getting picked up by a journalist is one kind of win. Getting picked up by the people who decide what goes in front of a room of teenagers every day is a different one entirely.

More to come as the series runs.

You redid it three times. It still doesn’t feel good enough.

Here’s the thing about perfect: it doesn’t exist. It’s a moving target that keeps moving the second you get close. And you’ve been chasing it.

Done is better than perfect. Good enough is genuinely good. You are not a product to be rated, graded, or evaluated.

Your effort counts. Your attempt counts. The fact that you keep trying, even when it’s hard, that counts more than any grade ever will.

Put it down. Breathe. It’s enough.

đź’™ Share this with a teen who is way too hard on themselves. Drop a đź’™ if this landed.

Right now it feels like the end.
Like nothing will ever get better. Like this is just how it is now, and you have to accept it.

But this is a chapter. Not the ending.

The hardest parts of every story always come just before the turn. The moment it all feels impossible is usually the moment right before things start to shift.

You’re in the middle of something. Not the end of it.
Keep going. Your best part is still coming.

đź’™ For every teen who needed to hear this today. Share it, you might be sending it to exactly the right person at exactly the right time.

It’s 2am. Your brain won’t stop.

Replaying everything that happened today. Everything that might happen tomorrow. That conversation you wish you’d handled differently. The test. The thing you said. All of it, on a loop.

Your mind is trying to protect you. It’s also wrong.

The worst case rarely happens and even when it does, you handle it. You’ve handled hard things before and you will again. Right now, in this moment, you are safe.

Put the phone down. You don’t have to solve everything tonight.

You are safe. Right now. That’s enough.

đź’™ For every teen lying awake tonight, we see you!

04/08/2026

Today was a bad one.
You said the wrong thing. You fell apart. You weren’t who you wanted to be today and tonight you’re lying there replaying all of it.

One day does not write your whole story.
Tomorrow is a completely different page. You get to start again, not because you’ve fixed everything, not because you’ve figured it out, but because that’s just how days work.

They end. And new ones begin.

You are not your worst moment. You are not your hardest day. You never were.

đź’™ Send this to someone who had a rough one today. Drop a đź’™ if you needed this right now.

What would you say to a friend feeling exactly how you feel right now?

You’d tell them they’re doing great. That it makes sense to struggle. That you’re proud of them for still showing up.
Now, why won’t you say that to yourself?

The harshest voice in your life probably lives inside your own head and you’ve been letting it speak louder than any friend ever would.

Be your own best friend. You deserve the same kindness you give everyone else. Every single day.

đź’™ Tag the friend who needs to hear this. Save it for the next time your inner voice is being unkind.

52 cards. One message. You are enough.

You’re quiet. They call it shy. You listen before you speak. They call it slow.
But quiet is not weak.

The world notices the loudest voice in the room. But it remembers the one that meant it.

You don’t need to shout to be heard. You don’t need to perform to be valued. You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room to be the most important one in it.

You already matter. Exactly as you are.

💙 For every quiet teen who’s been told to speak up, this one’s for you.

You’re comparing your real life to someone’s highlight reel and it’s making you feel like you’re losing a race nobody told you about.

They cropped out the bad days. The 47 retakes. The exact same anxiety you have, sitting in their chest while they smile for the camera.

Their feed is not their life.
Your life is happening right now. You are not behind. You’re not losing. You’re on your own path and it doesn’t look like anyone else’s because it was never supposed to.

Look up. đź’™

You’ve been trying to fit in but what if not fitting in is the point?

The things that make you different, the way you think, the things you care about, the way you see the world… those aren’t flaws to fix. They’re the things that make you, you.

The world doesn’t need another copy. It needs the original!

Be weird. Be loud. Be exactly who you are.

đź’™ Save this and send it to someone who needs to hear it.

Drop a 💙 if you’ve ever felt like you didn’t fit.

28/07/2026

You said the wrong thing. You made the wrong call. And you’ve replayed it 100 times since.

Here’s what your brain won’t tell you in that moment… messing up doesn’t make you a mess.

It makes you someone who’s learning. Someone who cares enough to feel bad. Someone who’s going to do it differently next time.

You’re not supposed to have it all figured out yet. That’s literally what being young is for.

Try again. That’s enough.
