I know very few people around me, friends, family and associates included, who don't have some form a business. I know very few young people around me who don't struggle to get their first break into employment. I've employed people who are overqualified, highly educated, disciplined to an extent and all they lack is some basic mentoring. So whilst so many small business owners are struggling to manage all the tasks that come with being an owner manager, we have young people in our community idle. We all know what that leads to.......
