Today Pablo headed out to carry out a standards check and meet a new client who came to us through BNI 🤝. It quickly became clear something wasn’t right ⚠️

In less than a week, the marble restoration we completed had been damaged by the client’s daily cleaning provider 😬. The cause? The use of Viakal on marble — a definite no-go 🚫. As a result, the stone has deteriorated due to incorrect products and a lack of specialist knowledge.

Although the work had already been signed off, we’ve made the decision to redo it free of charge 💪. We value the relationship and the referral, and it’s only right the client shouldn’t pay twice for something that wasn’t their fault.

Cleaning should always be about preservation 🧼✨. At A-Z, we understand delicate finishes — from marble and stone to glass and suede walls. Our team brings decades of experience, particularly within luxury retail environments 🏬, where maintaining high-end materials is critical.

This family home has been thoughtfully refreshed to create a space that feels brighter, more open, and perfectly suited to everyday life. The updated kitchen brings a clean, modern feel while still keeping that warm, welcoming atmosphere at its heart 🍽️💫

With a lifestyle centred around the outdoors and their love of horses 🐎, it was important the space worked effortlessly for busy days while still being somewhere to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.

At the time of posting, Pablo and I have been at our desks for 12 hours straight and still going 💻🔥 But honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s always a great feeling to be this busy and to have work consistently coming in 🙌

🌲 This forest lodge, like many of its kind, had long struggled with temperature control 🌡️ and damp issues 💧. Our team stepped in to transform the space—treating the walls before installing insulated plasterboard 🧱 to the exterior, improving both warmth 🔥 and comfort 🏡.

🎨 We then completed a full redecoration, carefully reinstating the original Victorian picture rail 🖼️ to preserve its character. Our electricians ⚡ also upgraded the bedroom power supply, ensuring the family now has the convenience of multiple usable sockets 🔌.

✅ Another successful project delivered, with happy residents 😊 and a team proud of the result for one of our major regional clients.

Our regional team has been hard at work deep in the forest 🌲, transforming a Forestry England cottage for one of our valued clients.

What started with tackling cold and damp issues in the tenant’s daughter’s bedroom 🛏️ quickly evolved into a full upgrade project. We’ve since replaced a downstairs WC 🚽, corrected unsafe electrics ⚡, and installed a brand-new kitchen 🍽️🔧.

The property’s exterior needed just as much attention — the back door 🚪 and unstable canopy were replaced, along with the old, rotten windows and doors in the front porch 🪟, which were doing little to help insulation ❄️. Given the porch was single-skin, this upgrade has made a noticeable difference.

Like many traditional gamekeeper’s cottages, this project came with its fair share of surprises, but seeing the transformation 🏡✨ has made it all worthwhile. Working with such a lovely family in the property has been the icing on the cake 😊.
