Dear customers,

We have taken the decision to cancel our American Express payment service due to lack of use. In 2025 we have only taken one payment on AmEx. Most clients pay by bank transfers these days with the rest using VISA or MASTERCARD which we still accept. 😊

To celebrate the Coronation of HRH King Charles lll the Fulham BID organisation have hired us to carry out a De-Ionized wash down of the shop fronts of 350 local retail businesses in the Fulham Broadway area. It’s like taking the front of your shop to the car wash. We only had two weeks notice and so far we have done half of them. Not bad. Fulham Rd, Lillie Rd and North End Rd have never looked so clean 😊.

Shout out to Allianz Insurance. Due to a computer glitch our fleet insurance was not showing as active on Police cameras...

Shout out to Allianz Insurance. Due to a computer glitch our fleet insurance was not showing as active on Police cameras for 10 days causing 3 of our drivers to be pulled over. Lots of wasted time plus a successful appeal against a police fine for one of our drivers later, not to mention one angry director and we received 75% of our lost earnings including admin time and they sent us a crate of craft beer plus the apology note (the note was the main reason for this post). Had to post this as Allianz have restored my faith in big companies. Thanks a lot very professional and considerate. Also to our agents at Direct Insurance and Paul Beck.
