First of all I'd like to thank you all for your continued support and custom which has helped us to keep growing 🙏
More than 15 million people - 30% of the UK population - live with one or more long-term conditions, and more than 4 million of these people will also have mental health problems. In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problems (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week.
For this reason some of the Cleaning Etiquette team including myself have decided to take part in the 55 mile 'London to Brighton Cycle' on Sunday 10th September in order to raise money and awareness for Mental Health UK.
If you could kindly make a donation directly to our fundraising page it would greatly be appreciated, all proceeds will go to Mental Health UK. Please do visit and share our fundraising page in which we will be documenting our training progress leading upto the day of the ride. We will also be uploading videos and photos of the London to Brighton Cycle on Sunday 10th September on both our fundraising page as well as on our Instagram page so once again please follow, share and support 🙏
If anyone would like to join us on the cycle then you are more than welcome 😊, please get in touch for further details. As we are working alongside Mental Health UK we have been provided with a discount code discounting the £55 entry fee to £6.50. Medals from the organisers will be given to all participants who complete the cycle 🎖️
Lastly, if anyone would like a loved one who is no longer with us to be added to our 'In Loving Memory Of' part of our fundraising page/bio, please do let us know and we'd be happy to to help keep your loved one's memories alive ☀️🌻
