Gurus Cleaning are looking for end of tenancy & deep cleaners to complete carpet cleaning, oven cleaning & deep cleaning.

We pay starting 12 per hour per cleaner.

It is preferred that there are 2+ people when completing end of tenancy cleaning due to the length of the clean (6-20 Hours) so if you have a friend or family member that can assist in cleaning then you are more likely to be accepted.

You must be able to drive, provide cleaning products, complete carpet cleaning and complete oven cleaning.

We are looking for people to start immediately.

Guruscleaning Ltd is looking for Self-Employed Cleaners for End of Tenancy, Deep Cleaning and Regular Cleaning professional services.

The objective is to keep private properties in a clean, organized condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, bedrooms, toilets, living rooms, restroom cleaning, carpet cleaning etc)

• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Self-Employed Cleaner.

• DBS status, Identity Prove and Public Liability Insurance (PLI) is required.

• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery ( Carpet Shampoo, Vacuum & Hoover )

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and techniques for cleaning

• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

• Ability to follow verbal directions

• Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team

• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties

• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills

• Pay attention to detail when cleaning

• Organized and able to follow a schedule

• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds

• Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays

Desired personal skills: communication, proactivity, time management

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.50-£14.00 per hour
