Attended a property in London today, customer drains in the rear of the property overflowing, main interceptor trap found under the composite decking at the front, removed the boards carefully without damaging them, found the main drain, used High pressure water jet to clear the hidden drain at the rear of the building, then reinstated the decking, customer very happy with the outcome as the previous drainage company that attended the day before said they would have to dig up the floor under the extension to clear the blockage. Ideally drainage covers should not be covered over as this job could have been an hour job.
