A new addition to the kit 👌

Our new rotary gives us far more control during restoration work, making it ideal for deeper scratch removal, detailed refinishing, and bringing tired natural stone surfaces back to life. The extra precision also allows us to work more effectively across delicate areas whilst still achieving a higher level of restoration and clarity in the finish.

There’s something special about restoring original Victorian hallways. Beneath years of wear, old coatings, and dirt is a floor full of character just waiting to be brought back to life.

This one is currently in the restoration stage, with the surface being carefully restored and refined before sealing and finishing. Looking forward to sharing the final transformation in a few days once the full restoration is complete 👌🏻

We recently completed a limestone floor restoration in Sevenoaks, bringing this natural stone back to life after it had suffered from everyday wear and acidic damage.

Limestone is a stunning stone, but it’s also quite sensitive. Over time, acidic spills (from things like juice, wine, or cleaning products) had caused etching across the surface, leaving dull, patchy marks that took away from the floor’s natural appearance.

Our restoration process involved carefully refinishing the surface to remove the etching and restore a consistent finish across the entire floor. By gently honing the stone, we were able to eliminate the damage without compromising the integrity of the limestone.

Once the surface was fully restored, we gave the stone a light polish to enhance it's natural tones and give it a soft, elegant sheen which gave it a beautiful lift!

The end result is a clean, smooth, and beautifully revived floor that looks fresh while still maintaining that timeless limestone charm.
