We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaner to join our team for various cleaning jobs at our schools across Weymouth and Bournemouth.
Schedule: Monday to Friday- flexible, 20 hours/week between 3 PM – 6 PM
The ideal candidate must be available for on-demand jobs, have a clean UK driving license and own car (mileage expenses at £0.45 per mile to compensate for both fuel costs and wear and tear)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Must have good command of English. Previous cleaning experience is highly desirable.
Duties/Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning certain parts of the school site
Vacuuming carpeted areas and washing floors
Sweeping uncarpeted areas
Emptying and cleaning bins
Spot cleaning of spillages
Cleaning desks, seats, and skirting board
Cleaning toilet areas and replenishing toiletries
Cleaning doors and windows
Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
Reporting all defects/hazards immediately to the supervisor
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Be kind and collaborative with all members of staff at all times.
Skills Required
MUST hold a Full driving license and have own transport (mileage expenses at £0.45 per mile to compensate for both fuel costs and wear and tear)
Minimum 2 years experience in commercial cleaning
Good attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative
To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
Cleaning experience is highly desirable but full training will be provided if necessary
Our Field manager will provide ongoing training and mentoring. Professional uniform will also be provided and must be worn daily.
