Dos & Don’ts
• Do not allow young children inside the hot tub unsupervised.
• Do not have any electrical objects near the hot tub.
•Do not use the hot tub whilst under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
•Do not use glasses of any description in the hot tub. (Plastic glasses are suitable).
•Do not use the hot tub if you have an infectious disease.
•Do not enter the hot tub with clothes on, only wea
r suitable swimwear attire.
•Do not enter the hot tub with footwear on or any other sharp objects.
•Do not allow animals near or inside of the hot tub.
•Do not dive or jump in the hot tub.
•Do not sit on the sides of the hot tub.
•Do not sit on the hot tub cover.
•Do not stand, sit, or place anything on the motor housing.
•Do not use the hot tub if pregnant.
•Do not use the hot tub after strenuous exercise.
•Do not turn the hot tub off overnight.
•Do not under any circumstances try to move the hot tub once installed.
•Do not drain the hot tub at all and under any circumstances.
•Do not remove suction fitting cover form the hot tub. This is to prevent risk of injury to body and/or hair entrapment.
•Do not operate the hot tub if the suction fittings are broken or missing.
•Do not use the hot tub at all if alone.
•Do not allow the water to drop below the top of the filter.
•Do shower before entering the hot tub.
•Do put something down to wash or wipe your feet before entering the hot tub.
•Do keep the thermal cover on. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged
•It is you the hirer who is responsible for returning the hot tub and/or gazebo in the same condition in which you
received it.
•You will be held responsible for any loss, stolen, or damaged property owned by The Top Tub, whether it is minor
damage or damage beyond economical repair.
•Please take care of all accessories hired from The Top Tub and ensure they are collected, undamaged. Health and Safety
•Please ensure you enter the hot tub safely and check the temperature first.
•No more than 3 or 4 adults (6 children) in the hot tub at one time.
•Limit the time spent when using your spa since long exposures at warm temperatures can cause high body
temperature. Symptoms may include dizziness, nausea, fainting, drowsiness, and reduced awareness, resulting in
possible drowning. Prolonged immersion in a spa may be hazardous to your health.
•Please ensure you wear appropriate swimwear when entering the hot tub. No zips or sharp objects.
•You must exercise cation to prevent unauthorized access to your hot tub. Ensure your hot tub is cover is securely
fastened when the hot tub is not in use. There is NO guarantee that the cover, actual lock, or clip tie downs will
prevent access to your hot tub.
•Spa water temperature should never exceed 104 Degrees Fahrenheit (40 Degrees Celsius). Temperatures between
100 degrees Fahrenheit, 38 degrees Celsius and 104 degrees Fahrenheit, 40 degrees Celsius are considered safe for
healthy adults for up to twenty minutes. Please
check with your doctor.
•Consult your physician before using your hot tub, especially if you suffer from heart disease, diabetes, high or low
blood pressure, a condition needing medical treatment, are pregnant, or are an infants or elderly. Your Responsibility
•Prior to delivery, please ensure you have sent over ALL relevant information as requested in your booking form.
•Please ensure you are onsite for both delivery and collection.
•You must provide us with safe and clear access to your property.
•Please put any pets away ahead of our delivery and collection.
•You must ensure you have working electricity, a flat, safe, and secure surface for tub set up.
•You will become solely responsible for all items you have hired once the last Top Tub team member has left the
premises. After joint inspection and the TERMS & CONDITIONS have been signed, The Top Tub will not accept any
responsibility for any damage or injury caused. General Use, Upkeep, and Chemicals.
•Never switch the power off. If the power is accidentally turned off or a power failure occurs, please turn it back on
in the same way in which you were shown in your demonstration. Please note you will be provided with the correct
chemicals suitable for the duration of your hire.
•Always leave the hot tub plugged in and switched on. This is to ensure the filtration and heating system can work in
full.
•Please ensure no grass, sand, stones, or any other sharp objects are introduced into the hot tub. The hot tub will
perform better if kept clean.
•DO NOT USE bubble bath, soaps, washing up liquid or any other chemical in the hot tub.
•The hot tub is fit for a maximum of 3 or 4 persons. This is dependent on the tub you have hired. Please consult with
a Top Tub Team member if you are unsure. Overloading the hot tub can cause damage for which you will be liable
for, should you ignore the capacity limit.
•Enter the hot tub carefully. NO JUMPING. Please ensure you check the temperature of thew tub before you enter.
•Overfilling the hot tub will cause it to overflow. Each person entering the hot tub will raise the water level. When
the bubbles/jets are activated the water level will rise again, this time by a smaller amount – please be aware of this. Liability
•If the hot tub stops working you must notify us immediately so we can be given the opportunity to identify the
problem and resolve it.
•We will not be held responsible for damage to person or property.
•The Top Tub will not be held responsible for any damage caused by any of our hired equipment to lawns, patios,
grass, decking, or water damage to anything whatsoever.
•The Top Tub will not be held responsible for any damage, injury or death resulting from the misuse of our hired-out
equipment. Damages to Your Property
•The Top Tub will not be held responsible for any damages to your property throughout the entire hire period.
•The Top Tub will not be held responsible for any weight or water damage to any or all structure, fixings & fittings,
gardens, or grass areas. Please note, it is your responsibility to make sure that the space provided is fit for purpose.
