Created exclusively for Humble Chicken, this collaboration was shaped through a shared ethos, mindset and pursuit of craftsmanship.

Built upon the rich tradition of Kijo-shu — a premium style of sake brewed using sake in place of water — Humble awa is bottle-fermented to create fine, elegant bubbles and a luxurious texture.

A sake crafted to reflect both Humble Chicken and The Sparkling Sake Brewery.
