Most of what we do happens before the doors open.

The first hour of trading is when a store is most exposed. Morning light finds every fingerprint on the glass and every footprint on the stone.

Our teams work in a set order: glass first, touchpoints next, floors last, back to front, so nothing is walked over once it's clean.

By the time the doors open, the space should look as if it takes care of itself. 🗝️

Last night, we hit the streets of Central London for the very first Distinct Running Club—and what a way to kick things off!

Running isn’t just great for fitness; it boosts energy, sharpens focus, reduces stress, and brings the team together. Plus, there’s nothing like a scenic jog past London’s landmarks (even if we are dodging tourists and traffic fumes along the way 😆).

This is now an ongoing tradition, open to anyone who fancies an evening run—Distinct or otherwise. So, if you’re up for a jog, some post-work laughs, and the occasional lungful of “urban freshness,” come along! The more, the merrier.
