With the possibility of our lives being affected for many months to come, we all feel like we are living day-to-day, being buffeted by events we have no control over.
But, with a vaccine in full swing we can be hopeful that things are about to change and that, at some point in 2021, we will reach something approaching normality.
Still, even with a vaccine, we are all going to have to think about the lasting changes the pandemic has made to our society, and how this will affect the spaces we share. How will we continue to protect our staff and reassure our customers that our environments are safe places to be?
