We’ve just held a refresher training course for some of the fantastic people who attended our 3-day Trauma and Biohazard course back in 2023.
It was genuinely brilliant to see so many professionals who remain committed to their work, their development, and the wider specialist cleaning industry.
One of the best parts of the day was hearing everyone’s success stories. We loved hearing how far people have come since completing the course, and how the training has helped make a positive impact on their businesses.
Some have stayed closely connected with us since walking out the door on day three. Some have checked in now and then. Others have gone away, put the training into practice on their own, and still achieved incredible success. However each person’s journey has looked, it was amazing to see the progress being made.
Refresher training is so important. Industries change constantly, from new laws and standards to updated best practice and safer ways of working. These sessions give us the opportunity to check in, see how everyone is getting on, and make sure the right standards are still being followed when people are out there working independently.
To everyone who attended, thank you for your continued commitment to doing the job properly, safely, and professionally. We’re proud to have played a part in your journey.
