Here are some before, during and after photos of a job we did a few months back. On this job we had to strip off the whole of the existing roof due to woodworm completely taking over and destroying it.

We built a traditional style roof to fit in with the cottage look, working collaboratively with building control and structural engineers to ensure compliance with current building regulations.

Work included: Joinery, insulation, plaster boarding, slating, removing existing internal walls to create more space, rebuilding gables out of stone, working closely with plasterer, electrician and plumber.

This parapet flat roof was well overdue some T.L.C, we decided to drop the walls down to start a fresh as the current design would likely cause issues again in the future.

New wall plates have been bedded and a new roof constructed which will now help the water to escape and increase air flow into the roof to ensure there are the correct levels of ventilation

🔨New main roof🔨
Before and after pictures of a recent re-roof we did using flat marleys. We had to re-build the gables on this one due to rot and settlement. New fascia’s, soffits and dry verge fitted on the verge, as well as re-installation of solar panels.

The club is proud to announce that we are holding a band night at the Llangollen Town Hall.

Local acts ‘Droogs Wrexham’ and ‘Craig Harding Music’ will be performing live and there will be a fully licenced bar, providing very reasonably priced drinks.

Tickets will be £10 on the door, on the night.

Here’s some photos of the end result of a recent re-roof using flat marleys. We had to rebuild the gable ends and some parts of the roof due to it previously being poorly built

Installed a couple of velux windows recently for a customer to allow more light in to the loft space, another happy customer😀🔨👍🏼

Felt roof that we recently replaced with a rubber membrane roof. The felt roof had failed due to being poorly constructed and was not vented properly causing the roof to rot from the inside out
We reconstructed the roof adding extra ventilation so that the roof will work as it should
We also insulated the roof for the property to retain heat

Here’s a few before, during and after photos of a roof that had to be rebuilt because it had been poorly constructed & had insufficient drainage

We completely redesigned the roof, made a stepped lead valley to cope with the water flow and used a composite slate to finish it

🔨Recent Re-roof🔨

Here is a roof that had to be rebuilt because it had wet rot throughout, the wrong material had been used for the pitch of the roof so the roof had been leaking from day one.

We reconstructed the roof using the correct materials and this is the finished product 😊
