WOOD BURNING – PROFESSIONAL ADVICE🔥
Excessive smoke or a persistent smell of smoke around your property or your neighbours should not be considered normal when using a new efficient wood-burning stove.
These can be signs of: ●Poor-quality or wet fuel (This is 95% of the cause) ●Inadequate chimney maintenance
●Incorrect operation
●Poor draught, or an inefficient older stove or flue system.
Always burn properly seasoned, or kiln dried wood and have your chimney swept and appliance inspected regularly at least twice a year by our competent professional chimney sweeps.
