Celebrating a very special milestone for one of our valued team members! 🎉

Last week, Account Manager June Godfrey, visited our valued client Ingenico to recognise Christine Bett, Site Supervisor, on her 10-year work anniversary with Capital Service Solutions Group Ltd.

Over the past decade, Christine has consistently led her team with dedication, professionalism and an incredibly high standard of work. Her positive attitude, hard work and commitment to both her colleagues and the client have made her a hugely valued member of the Capital team, and it’s clear she is greatly appreciated by everyone around her. 💙

June presented Christine with gifts and a certificate as a small thank you for everything she brings to the team each and every day.

We are proud to share the successful completion of a recent SMETA audit, carried out as part of an external supplier assessment from one of the world’s leading fresh produce brands. ✅

SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) is one of the world’s most widely recognised ethical audit methodologies, designed to assess standards across labour, health & safety, environmental performance, and business ethics within supply chains.

The audit was completed with no issues or concerns raised, highlighting the strength of our systems, procedures, compliance standards, and the dedication of our team across the business.

We are also pleased that, due to the robust processes we have in place, the audit frequency has now been reduced from twice yearly to annually, a fantastic reflection of the consistently high standards maintained by our teams every day. 👏

Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

Mental health is a matter very close to our hearts here at Capital Service Solutions Group Ltd, and we believe that supporting the wellbeing of our people should always be a priority.

Mental Health Awareness Week, organised by the Mental Health Foundation, is dedicated to promoting mental wellbeing, reducing stigma, and encouraging open conversations around mental health. This year’s theme, ‘Action’, highlights that awareness alone is not enough, meaningful change comes from taking real steps to support mental health in our workplaces, communities, and everyday lives.

That’s why we’re pleased to announce that we have now upgraded our Bupa Employee Assistance Programme from EAP to EAP Plus for all staff members and their families. 👏

Our enhanced EAP Plus service now provides access to:
✅ Unlimited access to EAP Online self-help resources
✅ 24/7 confidential telephone helpline support
✅ Legal and financial telephone support
✅ Face-to-face counselling sessions
✅ Referral and signposting to trained nurses
✅ Emotional and practical advice on child and elder care support

In addition, Lawrence Curran, our Head of HSEQ & Facilities Management, is also a fully trained Mental Health First Aider and can offer confidential internal support to staff members who may need someone to talk to. 🤝

Between them, Agnes and Theresa have dedicated many years of hard work, loyalty, and commitment to the business, proudly supporting our customers across the West Lothian area. Their contribution has made a real difference, not only through the consistently high standards of service they delivered every day, but also through the positivity, reliability, and professionalism that our clients and colleagues have come to associate with Capital. 👏
