Update for everyone.

Unfortunately we’ve had to cancel all cleans for today due to the cold weather, an issue with one of our vans and missed bin collections.

We will be out tomorrow hopefully to clean any cleans that were due to be cleaned today.

We will be running a day later than expected this week for all cleans so please leave your bins accessible and we will get to them if we can.

Good evening everyone, hope everyone’s had a great Friday 😊

We’ve noticed as a few customers have messaged us that our banking hadn’t loaded in payments for the 6th & 7th of May whilst we were away.

We have now fixed this issue and have written in any payments that have been missed.

Anyone who has received a payment slip but made a payment on these days please ignore it.

Hey everyone

The teams are out today in Roberttown, mirfield, thornhill, Huddersfield and soothill area.

We have seen that a lot of customers have left their recycling out for collection instead of general waste.

It is grey bin week this week for:

Mirfield
Ravensthorpe
Hanging Heaton
Earlsheaton
Chickenley
Roberttown
Thornhill
Dewsbury moor
Soothill

If you were supposed to be due a green collection last week but had your grey emptied instead it’s your grey bin due again this week to follow on with the regular collection schedule.

Please check your collection calendars or online on the kirklees website if your not sure 😊

Good morning everyone,

Just a reminder tom and the team will be out working later today so please keep your bins out.

Some streets didn’t get emptied yesterday due to the bin trucks being full. This is because they’ve been taking recycling aswell as general waste.

We hope they will be round today to collect those remaining streets so we can have a some what smooth day, the lads are being cautious with the paths still being icey so it will take some time to get round to everyone.

But we’re aiming to get everyone’s bin cleaned, if any streets are missed they will be put on tomorrow’s route.

We’re back!

As of tomorrow we will be back cleaning. We have a temporary change for some bins due to be cleaned on Tuesday.

Before Christmas we unfortunately had a death in the family as most of you know we are a family business so we will all be attending a funeral on Tuesday.

Some bins due on Tuesday will be cleaned on Monday instead by Tom but he will be working up until later so he isn’t waiting on the bin collections.

The rest will be cleaned on Tuesday as normal but will be later than usual.

So please leave your bins out 😊

We hope this hasn’t caused too much inconvenience.

Update:

Hey everyone,

We have decided to suspend our services for the remainder of this week and start fresh on Monday 13th.

This is due to freezing temperatures, icy conditions and unsure on which streets have had collections.

This is not how we wanted to start our new year but we have to put the safety of our team first.

Since we work with water we also don’t want to add to already icy conditions on the roads.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you.
