Good evening,
I am aware of queries online and I would like to update customers that no insurance has been paid out.
I am currently going through the process with the Financial Ombudsman and have been told this could take up to 18 months. I have all customer contact details and will be in contact as soon as I know more. Unfortunately, there is no way to speed up this process.
As the business is closed permanently, the contact number no longer exists.
