We believe that in providing the best possible service then our customers will remain as loyal to us as we are to them.
What you can expect from us....................
We can carry out our daily routines in light and mild rain. If we think that the weather is far too inclement then we will inform you of this and rearrange.
We provide a text reminder service whereby we text our customers a day or so before we are due in order that they are prepared for our arrival. This means providing access, leaving payment with a neighbour or indeed clearing the area so that we can push on.
Upon arrival at your address we will endeavour to complete the task at hand with great professionalism, without fuss.
Upon Departure we will leave your premises clean and tidy and we will secure your property as best we can.
What we do/do not expect from our customers........................
We do not expect to be cancelled due to the weather.
We expect the premises to be accessible as the text reminder service should eliminate/negate any issues.
We ask that our customers clean any dog dirt that may prevent us from carrying out our duties.
We expect payment as soon as practicable if through bank transfer. We do not expect to have to chase up payments time and time again. This is embarrassing for both us and the customer.
