BMW iX2 5% tint on the rears.
Had this lovely brand new ix2 in for some tinting.
The customer wanted it dark so fitted the 5% Tintfit high performance film. Removed the centre brake light, rear door panels and seals. Turned out nice.

Audi A5 convertible brake caliper paint.
Had this A5 in the workshop for some caliper painting, the car was around 15 years old and the calipers were extremely rusty. The customer wanted them done in bright red.
Started by cleaning everything with some alloy wheel cleaner and TFR, removed the pads, rubbers, clips and sensors. Removed the rust with an aggressive wire wheel and some 80 grit sand paper, masked everything up then gave them a few coats of acid etch primer followed by D3 red basecoat then applied 3 coats of clear. Painted the retaining clips silver.

Aucwell electric mini bus.
Had this brand new little weird mini bus in the workshop for some tinting, apparently the only one in the country freshly shipped in from China. The owner wanted it tinting in limo so fitted the 5% Tintfit high performance film. A bit tricky having to cut around the window handles as they were bonded to the glass but it turned out great.

Mercedes A250e saloon 5% tint on the rears.
Had this nice A class in the workshop for some tinting. The car was fitted with tinted glass but the customer wanted it really dark so fitted the 5% Tintfit high performance film. Removed the centre brake light, rear door cards and seals. Turned out nice, really suits the car.

Pajero Chassis repair/ brakes
Once I started on the brakes found more rust on the other side of the car, on the Chassis rear. Cut out all the rot then welded in some plates. Painted the entire Chassis and all arches in black hammerite. Had to also replace a brake pipe on the front corner that wouldn't release when replacing the calipers.
All welding to the sills complete
All welding to the Chassis complete
All brake calipers replaced
All brake discs replaced
All brake pads replaced
Brake pipe replaced
O/S/R hub seal replaced
Rear diff oil removed and replaced
Full Chassis painted in hammerite
All bodywork complete
Full machine polish
MOT passed first go with no advisories 😎

Once the bodywork was done started on the brakes. The o/s/r brake was covered in gear oil which meant a hub seal had failed. Had to completely strip the hub down to get to the seal, once that was sorted replaced all the discs and pads

Mitsubishi pajero continued......
Once all the welding was done started on the bodywork and paint work. Grinded all the excess weld off and filled. Rubbed down and the painted in a high zinc anti-rust primer, went over that with a few coats of high build primer, rubbed down masked up then painted it in the Mitsubishi silver. Painted all the chassis and inner sills in black hammerite.

Mitsubishi Pajero major rust.
My dad said there was a "bit" of rust coming through on the top of his near side sill. Had to remove the step and plastic arch kit to have a proper look and then wished I hadn't. There was literally nothing left. I'm not a fabricator or a welder so got some quotes for around £2000! Was getting messed around and a company in Bootle completely blanked me, I got fed up of being messed about by helmets so bought a mig welder and done it my self. I was able to get most of the repair panels from ebay but had to make the inner sill myself. Alot of hard work and learning but got it done, probably won't win any awards for the welding but it's solid.

Porsche 911 Carrera S. Cerramic coating/convertible roof clean and seal/caliper paint with decals.
Had this stunning 911 in for a few jobs. Although it was only 4 years old the paintwork had been neglected and the convertible roof was heavily stained.
Gave it a really long jet wash then a hand wash, soaked it in iron fall out remover and then jet washed it again. Soaked it in TFR then washed a final time giving the roof some convertible top cleaner. Dried it off then clay barred the entire body, de-greased it then started the machine polishing. Applied the sealer to the roof top. Once completed cleaned every panel with alcohol spray that comes with the Cerramic kit. Applied the Cerramic coating to 1 panel at a time and buffed off by hand. Touched in all the stone chips, cleaned the glass inside and out and dressed the tyres 😎 Looks amazing.
