Local pick up and drop off is available for all items subject to booking availability.
**Please allow 48 hours turnaround time for your items to be returned/available to collect - this ensures your beloved baby bits are nice and dry.. We recommend a full sanitation process on items which you wish to use again for another child especially if they have been in storage, germs and bugs live in the loft and also in the garage! All prices and quotes will be discussed and confirmed before any services begin. This is to ensure that both yourself (the customer) and us (Pristine Prams) know exactly where we stand. We will never go over our original quote providing the condition of the item is received as described on inspection. If the item is received in excessively poor condition which hasn't already been previously discussed then we may have to return your item which will incur a delivery cost to yourself. We aim to use little to no products on your items the effective cleaning is achievable using tools only and no harsh chemicals however occasionally stubborn stains may require the odd drop of non-toxic cleaner - this will always be discussed with yourself on inspection of the item before we accept the booking. Please be aware that we can only clean what we can physically see - we do not 'strip things down' - it isn't needed and only puts a strain on the sustainability of the product.
