Next, we offered tailored plans providing the actual level of cleaning each client requires. By only providing services we knew clients needed to begin with, we found we could offer extras and additions (such as deep cleans) later, when clients really knew the quality of service.
The final step, and most important in our opinion, was to provide site specific cleaning staff. That’s local, experienced cleaning teams who know the site know the employees and know when clean really means clean. Top that off with regular supervisor site visits, quality control checks and regular benchmarking to ensure a cleaned site stay clean.
And that’s it.
The rest was word of mouth between clients tired with same old same old.
