With only 4 weeks to go, I am sharing the link for anyone wishing to donate to this cause.
As some of you will know, in previous years, we have done the 5k events, but this year we have taken on the challenge for the 10k. For me it won't be fast, and it may not be pretty, but it is a cause closer to my family's hearts than we would have wanted, and I will be running it in memory of Mark Credland. The best Dad to my eldest two daughters, lost to this terribly cruel disease.
