Firstly I'd like to thank all of my lovely clients who have made my job very enjoyable.
Unfortunately I have had a very stressful and upsetting issue where a client refused to pay for a work that has been completed through no fault of my own.
Moving forward I will require a booking fee for new clients and payment to be fully made once cleaning has been complete. I rely on my company to live and pay my own bills and I need some sort of security.
I hope you all understand and I look forward to my continued work and providing all new clients and all my existing customers the best service and experience I promise to always do.
