OUR REGULAR CLEANING ALWAYS CHECKLIST
Bedrooms/Living Rooms/Study/Dining Rooms
❑ High dust coving, light fittings, etc
❑ Low dust pictures, switches, skirtings, etc
❑ Clean/dust blinds
❑ Clean/dust ledges, furniture, doors, handles, etc
❑ Sofa wiped down/tidied
❑ Fireplace cleaned
❑ Glass and mirrors polished
❑ Empty any bins
❑ Vacuum flooring (& mop)
❑ High dust coving, light fittings, etc
❑ Low dust pictures, switches, skirtings, etc
❑ Clean/dust blinds
❑ Clean/dust ledges, furniture, doors, handles
❑ Change/straighten bed & dust headboard
❑ Move bedside to clean behind
❑ Clean all toiletries on dressing table
❑ Glass and mirrors polished
❑ Empty any bins
❑ Vacuum flooring (& mop)
Kitchen/Utility
❑ High dust coving, light fittings, etc
❑ Low dust pictures, switches, skirtings, etc
❑ Clean/dust blinds

❑ Wash up, dry & put away as necessary
❑ Clean/polish tiles, worktops & hob
❑ Clean/polish cupboard doors, drawers & handles
❑ Clean fridge/freezer/dishwasher/oven fronts
❑ Empty & wash waste bin & replace liner
❑ Clean/polish sink area
❑ Glass and mirrors polished
❑ Vacuum flooring & mop
Hall, Stairs & Landings

Bathrooms

❑ Clean ledges, doors, handles, etc
❑ Clean/polish all tiled areas and worktops
❑ Clean toilet, bath, shower & sink inc outside & plugs
❑ Glass and mirrors polished
❑ Empty & wash waste bin
❑ Vacuum flooring & mop
ADDITIONAL NOTES TO REGULAR CLEAN:
• Wooden furniture damp dusted (no polish
used unless requested)
• Glass, mirrors and metal polished
• Tables and chairs wiped down (product
used at client’s preference
• Sofa cushions tidied, crumbs under seat
cushions removed
• Grout may need pre-treating if prone to
mould
• Plug holes and plugs cleaned and dried
• Shower trays cleaned and screens polished
• Radiators cleaned
• Bath panels cleaned/dusted
• Cobwebs removed as part of high dustin.
