🧽🧼CANCELLATION POLICY 🧼🧽

Just a gentle polite reminder of my cancellation policy that I need to have in place so I can support my family and allow the business to run successfully.
Please can I ask to have at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations to allow me to fill the spaces and rearrange.
Any appointments cancelled within that time will incur a 50% charge or full charge on the day.

This policy will take place with immediate effect.
