Just a reminder of my cancellation policy which I imposed as of October last year.

I’ve had a numerous last minute cancellations over the last couple of weeks which impacts me as a business.

Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will still be charged in full.

As a self-employed small business owner, late cancellations put me out of work as I cannot replace the job with another at such short notice. With the rising costs of living, I can no longer afford this loss of work, hence the creation of this policy.

This is just a quick note to inform you all that from today, I am imposing a 24hr cancellation policy on all bookings.

Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will still be charged in full.
