North Corner Residential Care Home North corner is a residential care home located in Lewes, East Sussex.

North Corner Residential Care Home, located in a quiet, tree lined avenue in the residential area of Lewes known as The Wallands, within walking distance of Lewes town centre and local amenities. Following several detrimental CQC inspections and reports, the home was taken over by Stephany and Martin in September 2016. Since the take over, significant improvements have been made to the quality of

service supplied, residents are happier and more relaxed, the building has had improvements made to give a cleaner and brighter environment and the home has a much more relaxed atmosphere which is reflected in feed back received so far. Stephany and Martin have and will continue to work closely with the local council and the CQC to maintain a high standard of care.

SCAM, today a relative of one of our residents informed that a member of an out of county police force telephoned him to state that they had arrested someone using his credit card, after several questions they put him through to the International banking advice service for his bank, this is when they started asking account questions.........Lets all be aware of these 'people' trying to take our money fraudulently. Fortunately this chap is very switched on and managed to successfully put the phone down on them.

Today, several young ladies and gentleman came to North Corner from the Sussex Downs College to engage with our Residents. The time they spent with us was French themed with french pastries, french games, french language and french songs. Our residents loved it. It was an absolute pleasure to have all concerned visit and lovely to see the young ladies and gentleman communicate with everyone who attended. Please come back anytime.

There is nothing stronger than the love between a mother and her child, and this story is the perfect example of how strong this bond actually is. Ada Keating, 98, has joined her eldest son Tom, 80, in Moss View care home in Liverpool to look after him, and they get along perfectly fine.
